The NHS Home Build people advised me to make some changes to make it a more family friendly design. When I look back at what might have been I’m so grateful for the benefit of their experience. Murray Wallace was outstanding in respect to him dealing with all our enquiries in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble and if our enquiry involved other areas, he always got back to us with an update. With the building, we did run into a couple of small issues that were very easily worked out over a phone call and to our satisfaction. Once we moved into our new home, a friend of mine who is an independent builder walked through the home and was very impressed with the fit out and also the paint work. My sister was also so impressed with our home that she is selling hers and building a new home through NHS Home Build.
